Connecting Cousins was initially the creation of four Hedger cousins back in 2000, two in the United States, and two in England, Marje, Annemarie, Jo and Stephanie. Through emails, letters, and instant messenger they spent many hours researching and compiling the Hedger family history which was the backbone of this site. As the years went by, more and more research has been done, and more branches have been added.
We knew the site needed to be updated, but it was such a daunting thought. So please forgive us as you go through our site you will see some parts are still in the old format, and with the old design. We will eventually get to all the pages, but we still want to have it available for you and continue our adventures researching our family roots, so it may take some time.
